Coach Gavin Lake has a lifetime of sports and athletic performance including tactical and technical roles, support, executive responsibility and strength and conditioning coaching.

He has been focused coaching football spanning all levels of play across Canada and the globe - community, high school, junior, university and professional resulting in an expansive and rich world-wide network of players and recruiting connections with esteemed coaching colleagues.

His coaching ethos is built on integrity, intrinsic motivation, hard-work, honesty and dynamic individual and team performance.
